Get in touch
Contact
One email handles everything: data questions, error reports, RTI score disputes, partnership requests and press inquiries.
Primary contact
info@reservoirs.earthWe read every message. Typical response time: 2–5 business days.
What to include
To get a faster, more useful reply, include:
- ·Reporting a data error: the specific reservoir name, date, the value we show, the correct value, and a source URL.
- ·Disputing an RTI score: the country, the dimension you think is wrong, the current score, the proposed score, and supporting evidence URLs.
- ·Requesting a country addition: the country, links to the official national hydrology source(s), and your use case.
- ·Press / media: deadline, outlet, what kind of comment or data you need. See also our Media Kit.
- ·Partnerships: organisation, scope, and what you propose.
What we cannot do
- ·Provide forecasting or predictive analytics. We track observed storage; we are not a forecasting service.
- ·Issue official certifications of reservoir storage values. For legal or contractual purposes, always cite the original national source.
- ·Restore or rebuild data that countries themselves have not published.
